• Optimized user experiences by addressing key pain points and enhancing seamless navigation, resulting in a 30% reduction in user confusion and a 20% increase in application completion rates.

• Executed comprehensive user experience analysis on the financial aid application, meticulously examining user interactions to identify challenges, confusion points, and assess usability and accessibility.

• Conducted in-depth user testing, interviews, and surveys using the UserInterviews.com platform, recruiting and moderating sessions with 6 participants to gather qualitative insights.

• Developed a detailed moderation guide, and performed heuristic evaluations to systematically identify and resolve usability issues, improving accessibility compliance by 25%.
